Why are you using Godaddy with wordpress? My goal is to be exclusively using Word Press and quit using Godaddy for anything. I read that word press will give you a domain name + 12 months of hosting for only $20 year. Which causes me to believe Godaddy is a bad idea. I appreciate your reply.

I decided to type in word press on you tube & found this video.

I have recently purchased a template & will shortly be attempting to create my own website via word press. Knowing absolutely nothing about word press I found this video on the basics informative & the whole process now appears less daunting.
